What do we mean by descriptive anchor text?

You know the anchor text, right? Anchor text is one or more words that link to another page. They are usually shown in blue.

Your internal links should use anchor text, but not all anchor text is appropriate. Include sentences that describe the subject of the target link.

Here are three things you should not do with your internal links:
