Pinterest Users Can Make Money With Affiliate Links

It’s a new kind of business model for Pinterest! By using affiliate links on your blog, you can make money from the sales of your pins. This is a great opportunity to start a new online business, to take advantage of Pinterest as well as the ever-growing market of affiliate marketing.

If you’ve read any of my various articles on Pinterest, you’ve probably come across one of my Pinterest accounts, including my profile, which I’ve used to share recipes and home decor ideas with my followers. From that perspective, I’m a typical Pinterest user and budget with the site, but I’ve also learned that there’s another way to make money on Pinterest: affiliate marketing.

Pinterest has become a huge hit over the past few years, allowing users to “pin” anything from images to entire blogs. It’s a great site for anyone who wants to save a certain item they love, and it’s also a great place for people to connect for business. There are lots of people who make money by creating a Pinterest board and then linking to products that they think would be a good fit for the board.

Pinterest is introducing new opportunities for users to make money on the platform, including the chance to make money through affiliate links.

Pinterest users may now convert their idea pins into shoppable pins. The person who posted the idea pin will receive a commission if other users buy a tagged product after clicking a link in the idea pin.

Users can associate their idea pins with any of Pinterest’s millions of product pins. Users are 89 percent more likely to show shopping intent on products tagged in concept pins than on independent product pins, according to company statistics.

Pinterest also claims that idea pins get nine times the amount of engagement as ordinary pins.

Brand Partnerships has been updated.

Many creators have formed corporate relationships and seek to promote their branded content on Pinterest.

Pinterest is releasing a test version of a new paid partnerships feature that allows authors to reveal their sponsored collaborations.

Creators of branded content will be able to tag the brands with which they collaborate directly in their idea pins, and the idea pin will carry a “Paid Partnership” badge once the brand approves the tag.

Pinterest is making the Idea Pins product tagging tool available to all business accounts in the United States and the United Kingdom, with more countries to follow in the coming months.
